HOW IT WORKS

Book your trip in a few easy steps.

ENQUIRE ONLINE

Let us know the dates you are interested in travelling and we will let you know if they are available, if not then we will offer you alternative dates.

BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS

We will get back to you answering any questions you might have and confirming availability. If all is good, we can hold the places for you for 48 hours while you book your flights. Please note that this stage does not represent a guarantee of the booking.

BOOKING FORM

Once you have made your necessary arrangements, we will send you a booking form you will need to fill in with your details and any other relevant information.

PAY FOR YOUR TRIP

As you fill in the booking form, you will also be asked to make the payment through a secure link; if you are travelling in less than 8 weeks, the payment will be paid in full, otherwise only a 35% deposit will be taken.

FINAL CONFIRMATION

Shortly after you pay, you will receive a confirmation invoice, followed by a personalised itinerary and digital booklet. All you need to do now is write the dates in your diary, prepare your packing list and look forward to your next adventure!

NOTES

Please note deposit is non-refundable. The balance will only be refundable if you cancel with more than 8 weeks in advance. More information about the cancellation policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions. We highly suggest getting insurance before you travel to avoid any problems. Our personal recommendation is using True Traveller.

FAQs

What is the cost of the service?

There is no cost of service for, you, the customer as we take commission directly from our suppliers which means you are guaranteed the best available price.

Is there an obligation to book?

There is no obligation to book, if you don't like our recommendations, the final itinerary, you independently find something you prefer or your circumstances simply change then that is no problem.

Do I have to pay a deposit, if so then how much?

Deposit payment will be required to confirm your trip but the amount will be determined depending on where you are going, staying and what you are doing.

When is the balance due?

Similar to the deposit payment, the terms of your balance payments will vary depending on your destination, where you are staying and what you are doing.

What if I have to cancel a trip?

Terms will vary depending on where you are travelling and staying but typically your deposit is non refundable however with enough notice you maybe able to postpone your trip if necessary at no or limited expense.

Do you include international flights?

We currently are not authorised to sell international flights, however we will do all the research for you and direct you to the best options based on your circumstances. Then you just need to simply book.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards except American Express, alternatively you can pay us by bank transfer.

Can I use my return guests discount?

If you've travelled with us in the past 18 months, we'd be happy to see you again. Because of this, you are entitled to a 10% discount on most our other experiences. Please note that there are a select few experiences where the discount does not apply, so get in touch with our

Are you protected?

Yes! We are fully bonded offering protection to our guests in the unlikely event of our financial failure.

Do you offer insurance?

While we do not offer insurance cover as a part of our experience, we highly recommend True Traveller, which offers tailored package covers. Our team members have personally used them as they specialize in adventure travel and you can create your own insurance plan, without any add-ons that are irrelevant to your trip. Find out more.
