Our 7-night Sicily Experience is a beautifully balanced journey through culture, cuisine and coastlines, designed to let you savour the island at a relaxed pace. The adventure begins with two nights in Palermo, where you’ll have time to explore independently, soaking up the city’s vibrant street life, historic markets and grand architecture. One evening, join a guided food walking tour, tasting your way through Palermo’s legendary street food scene. On day three, travel through Sicily’s dramatic interior to Enna, perched high above the surrounding countryside. Here, you’ll take part in a ceramic painting class, a hands-on introduction to a long-standing local tradition, before continuing on to Catania. Settle in and enjoy the afternoon at leisure, discovering the city’s lively squares and baroque streets. The following morning, head out to explore Mount Etna, Europe’s most active volcano. Learn about its fascinating history and ever-changing landscape before enjoying lunch and wine tasting in the renowned vineyards on Etna’s fertile slopes. Return to Catania for the evening. Next, experience Catania’s bustling fish market, then travel north to Taormina for time to explore and enjoy lunch with spectacular coastal views. The journey finishes in Cefalù, where you’ll spend your final three nights unwinding by the sea. On your last evening, enjoy a local sunset barbecue, the perfect farewell before your airport transfer the following day.
