TRIP TIPS

tips image

Travel Insurance

Needless to say, when taking part in an activity such as hiking in a country like Morocco it is prudent to ensure you have insurance in case you are unfortunate and have an accident.

tips image

Taking Photos

Always ask when obviously snapping pictures of the locals, especially in the rural areas, as it's polite. Pairing with a complement often helps or take from distance and ultilise your zoom.

tips image

Touts and Hustlers

In general Morocco is very safe so relax and smile when dealing with touts and hustlers. Politely, but firmly decline, don’t engage and act as if you know where you are going.

tips image

Cover Up

Whilst locals are used to tourists, it is respectful to cover up your knees and shoulders, so make sure you have a scarf, which will also help against the sun.
